I’m Kal Peiris, and Sri Lanka is my homeland. Though I’ve lived in the U.S. for over 20 years, my passion for Sri Lankan food has never subsided. In fact, it grew and evolved to where I simply couldn’t keep it to myself. I wanted to share it with others, and share the delicious food of my homeland.

Our Sri Lankan cuisine dazzles with a vibrant mosaic of spices, and every bite is a symphony of exotic flavors and aromatic herbs.
