A Passion Born in Sri Lanka
My name is Kal Peiris, and Sri Lanka is my homeland. Though I've lived in the U.S. for over twenty years, my passion for Sri Lankan food has never subsided. I wanted to share it with others and share the delicious food of my homeland.
With accentuated flavors of curry powder, curry leaves, lemongrass, coconut milk and other fragrant spices, my dishes will please your palate and make you come back for more.
